L’AMORT (Amour + Mort) is an experimental meditation on a singular, intimate threshold: the experience of loving a grieving soul. Weaving together found footage with original scenes from the French countryside, the film explores the friction between the pulse of desire and the stillness of loss. It is both a personal love letter and a poetic discourse, one that documents a private intimacy while questioning the clinical place of death within our mechanical modern world.
